• Provide skin analysis and professional advice to customers
• Perform face-to-face sales consultation for facial, slimming and spa
• Familiar with daily frontdesk duties

• GCE O'/A' level / CIBTAC / CIDESCO
• Min 1 year experience in beauty, spa or wellness industry & PC literate
• Sales and service-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills

• Manage the day-to-day operations at a designated branch
• To lead, supervise and motivate all staff to ensure smooth running of the daily operations in the branch
• Able to handle customers' enquiries, complaints & feedback professionally
• Possess strong leadership qualities and ensure all staff adhere to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures, & uphold the highest standard of customer service at all times

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the capacity of supervisory/managerial role from the beauty industry
• Sales & service-oriented with leadership ability and good interpersonal skills
• Possess GCE O'/A' level / CIBTAC / CIDESCO / equivalent

• -Min 1 year of relevant working experience in spa environment
• -Applicant with relevant certificates but no hands-on experience in spa are welcome to apply.
• -To perform specialised body and spa treatment to customers

• -Certificate prefered

• 1) Identify new business opportunities; formulate strategies and plans to systemise and scale current operations
• 2) Implement tactical sales strategies to increase market share and grow existing revenue
• 3) Handle the management of and expansion plans for the Beauty Academy
• 4) Conduct market research; analyse market and customer needs to provide solutions

• - Degree holder with min 3 years proven track record
• - Good business acumen, with exposure to regional business development
• - Relevant knowledge of CRM solutions and experience in the beauty industry are advantageous
• - Ability to work under pressure to deliver set targets in a performance-driven and results-oriented environment
• - Effectively bilingual

• Perform manicure, pedicure, nail art, nail extension , nail repair
• Provide customer service and sales of products & treatments

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience from beauty industry
• Positive attitude
• Sales and service-oriented
